My personal contributions to this research project included

Programming the Matlab analysis pipeline for figures and functions such as but not limited to amplitude-duration curves, the average mean firing rates, average network-level burst frequencies, and the number of 'active' electrodes. These algorithms were applied to analyze spontaneous, evoked spontaneous, and evoked pharmacological activities for agents such as but not limited to GV-58, agatoxin, and AP5/CNQX.

Researching and hypothesizing the predicted-effect of GV-58 as well as culturing and exposing the cells to GV-58
